Delivery by Nova Pochta

In case of full payment by bank card on the website delivery is made at the expense of the shop by "Nova Poshta" service. If you choose post payment (cash on delivery "Nova Posta") delivery is made at the buyer's expense according to the rates of "Nova Posta".

To receive your order at a Nova Pochta office, please indicate the number/address of the convenient office when placing your order.

Upon receipt - present your passport and the number of the consignment note. It will be sent in a message to your mobile phone or email after the item has been shipped. 

Courier delivery

Delivered by courier delivery service "Nova Poshta" to your specified address within 24 hours from order confirmation or receipt of funds to our bank account.

When choosing cash on delivery and address delivery by the courier service "Nova Pochta", you must make an advance payment of UAH 200. (Deducted from the amount of cash on delivery) to cover the cost of delivery of the order in case of cancellation of receipt. By default, all parcels are insured for the full value of the order.

Delivery to other countries

Available from Ukrposhta, EMS and DHL Express.

Check with your manager for the cost and delivery time. It will depend on the size of the parcel and its destination.

Pick up from the Corner (TSUM)

You can pick up your parcel from our corner shop in TSUM. We are open seven days a week from 10:00 to 22:00
