Delivery Information

Nova Poshta Delivery When arranging delivery, please ensure to provide the correct postal code that matches your address or the address of the desired Nova Poshta branch.

• Orders up to 3000 UAH are subject to shipping costs based on Nova Poshta’s rates. Orders over 3000 UAH are eligible for free shipping.
• To collect your order at a Nova Poshta branch, specify the branch number/address during checkout.
• When picking up, present your passport and the shipment tracking number, which will be sent to your mobile phone or email after the order is dispatched.

Delivery takes place within 4 days from the moment the order is placed on the website.

Courier Delivery

• Delivered by Nova Poshta courier service to the address you provided within 4 days from order confirmation or receipt of payment.
• All parcels are insured for the full value of the order by default. The recipient covers the cash on delivery fee.

International Delivery

• Carried out by "Ukrposhta," EMS, or DHL Express.
  • Ukrposhta delivery cost: 1000 UAH.
  • EMS delivery cost: 1200 UAH.
  • DHL Express delivery cost: Determined by the manager upon customer request. Costs vary based on size, weight, and destination country.

Pick Up from Corner (TSUM)

You can pick up your parcel from our corner at TSUM. We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
