If the purchased item does not meet your expectations in terms of color, shape, size, or for any other reason and can be used with an alternative, we can offer you an exchange. If no alternative is available, we will process a return.

Return

To return an item, please send it back in its original condition: undamaged, with no signs of use, and with original tags and packaging.

Return policies for items purchased from our online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."

Please Note: The following categories of items are non-returnable:

• Bodysuits
• Corsets
• Pearl jewelry, silver jewelry, jewelry made from precious/semi-precious metals
• Custom-made items

Returns are at the buyer's expense, meaning that the buyer must pay for shipping when sending items back to us.

We reserve the right not to accept returned items if they are delivered to us after the 14-day period from the date of payment or if the condition of the items differs from how they were received. You can arrange a return using any convenient method by contacting us via phone, email, or Instagram. You will need to provide the order number or show the receipt for the item being returned.

After confirming all necessary information, we will process and send a refund for the order.
